Right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a Third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e- mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication executing your withdrawal before the 14 days’ period has expired.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that swimwear and underwear cannot be returned.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Effects of withdrawal
To make a return, just mark the items and fill in the quantity you are sending back on the return form that came with your parcel, pack what you are returning and send it back to the return address:

We encourage you to pack the products that you’re sending back in the same box you received them in. Please make sure you cover up or remove the original delivery label on the box.
You are responsible to pay your own return shipping costs.
Make sure to obtain proof of postage, as we can’t take responsibility for packages that don’t arrive. Don’t forget to keep it until your refund is fully processed. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.
After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
