Proper functioning of the sense of balance is necessary for controlling body posture and effective motor planning. Disturbances in the sense of balance may result in the child being apathetic, bored, and reluctant to play with other children. Children with a deficiency in equivalent skills appear clumsy, tend to isolate themselves from their peer group, and often experience problems with self-esteem. Therefore, as parents, we should support the development of the child’s sense of balance through appropriate play.

The balance board for children is a gymnastic device, which at first glance does not evoke any associations with corrective gymnastics. On the contrary, it is a toy that will provide hours of great fun, while stimulating the proper functioning of the sense of balance. Our balance board is characterized by a simple structure and compact size, thanks to which we can use the device even in conditions of limited space.

The dimensions of the balance board are 49 x 20 cm. It is made of 18 mm plywood.
